Welcome to the Puerto Rico law firm of Nolla, Palou & Casellas, LLC. Our practice includes management labor and employment law counseling and litigation, collective bargaining, employee benefits, civil and corporate law, litigation, and government relations matters. Our firm acts as Puerto Rico counsel representing a range from local, national, and international companies, to medium and smaller businesses, commercial clients and individuals.

Our labor and employment attorneys have an active federal and local employment litigation practice, with seasoned litigators in the Federal and Commonwealth courts systems and before administrative agencies, such as the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources’ Anti Discrimination Unit (ADU), the Negociado de Normas del Trabajo, and the Oficina de Mediación y Adjudicación (OMA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Corporación del Fondo del Seguro del Estado (workers’ compensation). Our practice includes the whole realm of employment litigation and counseling, from wrongful termination, wages and hours, workplace discrimination, civil rights, and harassment actions, to covenants not to compete and non-compete enforcement.

Our labor law attorneys handle labor relations issues including union avoidance, elections, decertification procedures, collective bargaining, concerted activities, work stoppages, strike contingencies, arbitration and other proceedings before the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources’ Negociado de Conciliación y Arbitraje and the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Because of our background, we offer the strength and depth of a large firm, without sacrificing the responsiveness and personal service of a smaller firm. Our Puerto Rico lawyers have provided the guidance, experience and insight needed to handle complex matters. Our attorneys help our clients succeed -- by combining excellence, business acumen and innovation with cost-effective and practical legal advice.
